OUR PROJECT

The Tax Justice Legal Clinic was established within the Cesare Beccaria Department of Legal Sciences of the University of Milan in the academic year. 2024-2025.

The Clinic aims to operate, at the moment, essentially on an educational level, offering students activities based on the learning by doing methodology. To this end, an optional course has been introduced into the Master's Degree Course in Law which gives students the opportunity to deal with the law in the application phase, under the direct guidance of the teacher, of professionals - lawyers and accountants who carry out activities assistance in court and consultancy in tax matters - and specifically trained tutors. Attendees are involved in the treatment of real cases and are also asked to draw up, individually or divided into small groups, documents of the case. This site also aspires to be a place of information and updates on the issues of tax justice and is therefore open to contributions and reflections from those who deal with it in various capacities and are in any case interested in participating in a dialogue on these issues.
